Nestled on a round mount is a 6 MM round Cultured Pearl, with alternately placed 8 small and 8 large prong set round cut diamonds encircling it. The pendant is held on an included Cable Chain 0.85 MM in 18 Inches with Spring Lock & Extenders at 16" & 17", by a plain gold loop holder.
