Cancellation Policy
At D.J. Bitzan Jewelers, we work to process your order as quickly as possible. Because orders are often filled quickly after they are received, we cannot guarantee cancellations once an order has been placed.
- If you would like to request a cancellation, please email us at ontactus@djbitzan.com as soon as possible.
- If your order has already been processed or shipped and we are unable to cancel it, please refer to our Return Policy for next steps.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
As a company dedicated to customer satisfaction, our commitment is to ensure that your experience with our products and services instills confidence in your choices. We trust that your selection will bring you enduring joy for years to come.
Refunds:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns up to 30 days after delivery. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original protective packaging. A $15 return service fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee helps us confirm the status of your return and track its delivery progress for added security. In-store exchanges are free of charge. so that we can provide you with a shipping label to return the item. To start a return, please email us at contactus@djbitzan.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item. The refund will be processed once the item(s) has/have been inspected and the criteria is met.
Custom Orders:
Please note that custom orders will are final sale. Custom orders include items that have been personalized, made-to-order, or specially modified to your specifications. Because these items are created uniquely for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchanges:
Exchanges are done in-store within 90 days of purchase. Items showing signs of wear or that have been altered, resized, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for exchange or return.

Free Standard shipping is available for orders over $99! (United States Postal Service Priority Mail arriving in 5-7 business days)

In-store pickup
Free local pickup is available at our store – 203 Waite Ave N, Waite Park, MN 56387. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 business day. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. If you require same day pick up, please call the store and we’ll do our best to accommodate!
Our in-store pickup hours are Monday-Friday 10am-6pm and Saturday from 10am-5pm. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you arrive.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within the time frame of your chosen shipping method, please contact us at contactus@djbitzan.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
