Forming a halo around this is a 1.45MM prong set round cut sapphire at the tip of the pear, followed by 16 prong set round cut sapphires. An outer halo of 28 prong set round cut diamonds, adds to the allure. Completing the design, 4 prong set round cut diamonds adorn the suspension bar.
