A cultured white pearl in round shape of 5 MM sits at the center, joined by 2 pearls of 4 MM, 2 of 4.50 MM and 1 of 5.50 MM that unfurl in graduated sizes. Between them, 19 round cut diamonds carrying weight 1/6 Ctw in pave setting add a fine shimmer along the curving stems.
