Luxury Jewelry Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

  • Sales & Client Relations: Build and maintain a personalized client book, providing a tailored shopping experience for each client. Develop strong relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Product Expertise: Offer in-depth knowledge of luxury jewelry and designers, Stay informed on trends and new arrivals to best serve clients.
  • Customer Service: Provide exemplary service by understanding clients' needs and desires and helping them find the perfect pieces to celebrate special moments.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales goals. Demonstrate the ability to drive business through both direct sales and cultivating long-term client relationships.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other sales associates and management to contribute to a positive, collaborative sales environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury retail sales, ideally in jewelry or other high-end products/services.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to explain features & benefits of luxury jewelry items to build value in each piece.
  • Attention to detail is required to ensure orders are processed accurately and timely.
  • Ability to think on your feet - find creative solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Possess the ability to think critically to find solutions in selling situations and customer resolution matters.
  • Ability to work three Saturdays per month and an adjusted schedule in December.
